AI consulting for marketing

Connect AI to the marketing work that reaches sales.

For more than 13 years I have led marketing at B2B technology, SaaS and consumer brands, accountable for its budget and for the sales pipeline it brought in. Today, with the same accountability, I build AI into the work where your team spends the most time and where decisions are delayed the most.

The problem for most companies is not a lack of data; it is that signals from the market, the customer and sales do not add up to the same meaning. I build systems that turn those signals into decisions.

Three disciplines at one table

Not the tool, the decision comes first.

Most AI projects get stuck not on the tool but on the wrong choice of work. When strategy, brand and AI sit at the same table, it becomes clear which work to build first.

Strategic marketing

Which market, which customer, which budget. Setting marketing priorities and investment plans together with leadership.

Brand management

What sets the brand apart when competition and price pressure rise. Positioning and messaging that turn technical capability into a reason to buy.

AI

Workflows and agents that speed up the work behind these decisions, run on your own data, and whose results we can measure.

What I build

Each one answers a marketing question.

I ran each of the jobs below as a marketing leader. Today I build the same work with AI, faster and in a way we can measure.

Which campaign actually brings sales meetings?

Before
I connected spend, lead quality and sales conversion in a single report; we made investment decisions with leadership from it.
Today
A flow that matches ad spend with sales records. AI groups the objections in meeting notes, and the sales team verifies them.
The table for the Monday meeting

What does the customer ask for, and what do they actually need?

Before
I shaped messaging, pricing, competitive and product decisions with insights from sales, support and project teams.
Today
A flow that pulls recurring objections and needs, with their sources, from meeting and support notes.
A sourced insight note

What did competitors do this week, and what does it mean for you?

Before
When competition and price pressure rose, I repositioned the brand and built its difference on customer trust and expertise.
Today
An agent that tracks competitors every week and writes on Monday morning what changed and what it means for you.
Weekly competitor report

Does AI recommend you to your customer?

Before
I led the messaging that explained new capabilities to buyers and the work on visibility in large language models.
Today
A method that measures every month whether the brand appears in AI answers and how it is described, compared with competitors.
A monthly visibility measurement

Who should the first campaign in a new market speak to?

Before
I led the entry strategy for Germany; we built qualified demand from zero to about 10 leads a week.
Today
Research that finds the questions that recur in the first customer conversations and compares how competitors answer them.
The target and message of the first campaign

Are your team and your buyers working from the same knowledge?

Before
I built one of the largest content libraries in its field; organic impressions grew from 103 thousand to 1.21 million.
Today
A flow that scans dozens of sources every morning, picks the reads that broaden the team’s horizon and turns buyer questions into a content plan.

How we work

From choice to build, in two steps

We can start with setting direction; if your need is already clear, we go straight to the build.

Choose which work to invest in.

We look at your marketing and sales data, how your team works today and your competitors. We compare the candidate projects by the value they would create for the team and the customer, and choose the first one to trial together with leadership.

Get the chosen work running.

I hear from your team how the work runs today, bring together the information needed, then design and build the workflow. We test the system together on a real campaign; on the next one, your team runs it.

Different sectors, different markets, responsibility at every stage of the work.

I started in marketing in 2011 with a media venture I founded. I then worked at established consumer brands in the paint and real estate sectors, and went on to lead marketing at B2B technology and SaaS companies in customer experience, data and hospitality technology. I developed campaigns for brands across Türkiye, MENA and Europe, and opened up new markets.

I have been responsible for the marketing of seven brands and led teams of 10+. I learned first-hand where strategy struggles in execution, where teams end up waiting on each other, and which decisions have to be made to produce results.

This experience lets me ask the right questions when working with your company: What shapes your customer’s decision? What slows your team down? Which work does AI let you do better?

Frequently Asked Questions

Which companies have you worked with?

I have led marketing at B2B technology, SaaS and consumer brands, and have been responsible for the marketing of seven brands across Türkiye, MENA and Europe. The results on this page come from work I was accountable for in those roles. We can go into detail in the first call.

Which tools do you work with?

I start with the tools you already use and your company’s data. The solution I build works with them; if a new tool is needed, we discuss the reason and the cost up front.

Where does our data go?

At the start we write down together which data AI will be given. For personal and customer data, we choose a route that follows your company’s rules and data protection law.

Who runs the system after the build?

Your team. Who decides where, which output they check and what to do when something goes wrong are written down during the build. If your team wants to keep improving the system over time, the Evolving with AI program is designed for that.

How is consulting different from training?

In consulting, I take on the build of the work we choose. In training, your team learns the method of working with AI on its own work and builds it itself.

We don’t know where to start. Can we still talk?

Yes. The setting-direction package is made for exactly that. In the first call we look at how your team works today and find the work worth starting with.

Which work on your team should we look at first?

In the first call, let’s talk about how your team works today, where it struggles and which result you want to change. If you have a specific project in mind, we can start there. If you are torn between a few options, we can set the first priority together.
