Have your team build its first AI agent during the training .
A hands-on program for B2B marketing and sales teams: we hand one of your real tasks over to an agent, set up approval points and measure the result.
Why do most AI trainings leave no trace?
Participants leave with a good presentation and a list of prompts. Two weeks later no one uses them, because the training never built a working system that touches the team's own work.
This program isn't for everyone.
✓A fit
- Marketing and sales teams at B2B technology companies
- Teams that have tried AI but haven't made it part of daily work
- Leaders who want to measure results in pipeline and productivity
- Teams that can commit 2–3 real workflows to the program
✕Not a fit
- Individuals looking for “ChatGPT tips”
- Those who only want an inspiring talk
- Teams not ready to change any workflow
Start with one of three paths.
Half day
The team leaves having built its first agent. For a quick start and getting to know the team.

00Pre-work and baseline measurement+
Team survey; 2–3 real workflows are selected from the team and how long they take today is measured.
01Foundations: from chat to agent, data privacy and KVKKNo one else has this+
The difference between a chat tool and an agent; which data is given to the agent and which isn't.
02Context layer+
Company, ICP, positioning and brand voice are gathered in a single file; every agent from then on reads this file.
03First agent: handing over a single task+
One of the selected workflows (for example, content repurposing or account research) is handed over to an agent.
04Connecting to tools+
The agent is connected to the tools the team uses, such as CRM, calendar, documents and analytics (MCP, connectors).
05B2B agent setNo one else has this+
Competitor tracking, outbound message drafts, inbound lead triage, weekly executive report.
06Human approval points, quality control and governanceNo one else has this+
What the agent does on its own and what it submits for approval; who approves; how outputs are reviewed.
07Measurement: before–afterNo one else has this+
Workflows measured at the start are measured again after 30 days; where possible, tied to pipeline and MQLs.
08Team and continuity+
Shared skill repository, handover to new hires, agent maintenance.
Examples of agents your team will build
The last step of every agent is a human approval. The agent drafts, the decision stays with the team.
Competitor tracking
Monitors competitors' websites, pricing and ads; turns changes into a weekly summary and a comparison card for the sales team.
Outbound message draft
Researches the target account, scores it against the ICP and drafts a personalized first message. A human does the sending.
Inbound lead triage
Enriches incoming forms, triages them against the ICP, drafts a reply and logs them in the CRM.
Weekly executive report
Collects analytics and CRM data; turns spend, lead quality and conversion into a one-page executive summary.
How will you see that it works?
The workflows selected at the start of the program are measured; the same measurement is repeated 30 days later.
Your data and decisions stay with you.
- Which data is given to the agent is written together in the first module
- KVKK-compliant rules for personal and customer data
- Work is done with tools and accounts approved by your organization
- Every output that goes outside passes a human approval

Frequently asked questions
Which AI tool do we work with?
The options are a Claude-centered program or a program adapted to the tool your team uses.
We use Microsoft 365 Copilot. Is that a fit?
A Copilot version is being considered as a separate program.
What team sizes is it for?
Up to 20 people for the half-day workshop; at least 5 people are recommended for the team program.
Remote or in person?
Both are possible. The half-day workshop works better in person; the team program also runs remotely.
Where does our data go?
Your team's data rules are written together in the first module. Personal and customer data don't leave the tools approved by your organization.
What does it cost?
Pricing is set in a call, based on team size and format.
How ready is your team for agents?
In a call, let's work out together which of your team's tasks could be handed to agents.
